Vacation in DC - Day 2

Today we spent the entire day at the National Zoo.

At the entrance:

While waiting for the elephant bath, a volunteer came around and was showing elephant teeth, a baby tooth and an adult tooth

Hippo

Cooling off in a mister (located in several places throughout the zoo)

Orangutans use the "O-Line" to move between their habitats

The Giant Pandas - inside today because of the heat.

Ready to go back to the hotel
